Frequently asked questions

Honest answers to the things people ask before they call — including the questions we would want asked of us.

Is everything I say kept private?

Yes. What you share during a consultation stays between you and Peer Riaz Shah. Your name, your situation and your contact details are never discussed with anyone else or passed to any third party. Our privacy policy explains exactly what we store and why.

Do you guarantee that my problem will be solved?

No, and you should be careful of anyone who does. We listen, we pray with you, we help you look at a decision clearly and we suggest practical steps you can take. Outcomes are in the hands of Allah and are also shaped by the choices of everyone involved. We will always be honest with you about that.

Do you do black magic, curses or spells?

No. We do not perform, sell or claim to remove black magic, curses or spells, and we will never tell you that you or your family have been cursed in order to sell you something. Our work is limited to prayer, spiritual counsel, istikhara guidance and honest personal advice.

What does a consultation cost?

Fees depend on the length and type of consultation, and they are explained clearly before you commit to anything. There are no hidden charges, no pressure to book again, and no requests for extra payments part-way through.

Can you help with a medical or mental-health problem?

Spiritual guidance can sit alongside proper treatment, but it never replaces it. If you are unwell, struggling with your mental health or in crisis, please speak to a qualified doctor or your local emergency services. We will always encourage you to do so.

Which languages can I speak in?

Urdu, Punjabi and English. Speak in whichever language you are most comfortable with - being able to explain your situation properly matters more than anything else.

How soon can I speak to someone?

Most enquiries receive a reply the same day during consultation hours. If you call outside those hours, leave a WhatsApp message and we will come back to you when the line reopens.

Can I book on behalf of a family member?

You can make the arrangement, but the consultation itself should be with the person concerned wherever possible, and only with their knowledge and agreement. Guidance given about someone who has not consented to it is rarely useful and is not something we are comfortable doing.

Do you sell taweez, amulets or objects?

No. Nothing is sold that claims to produce a result. If you have been asked to pay for an object that will supposedly change your fortune, please be very careful.

What if you cannot help me?

Then you will be told so, usually within the first few minutes, along with a suggestion of who might be better placed to help. That is a better outcome for you than a series of consultations that lead nowhere.

Is this service religious?

The guidance is rooted in Islamic practice — dua, istikhara, patience and reliance on Allah. People of any background are welcome to make contact, and you will not be pressured about belief.

How is my personal information handled?

Only what is needed to reply to you is kept, it is never sold or shared, and you can ask for it to be deleted at any time. The privacy policy sets this out in full.

Can I speak to you if I live outside Pakistan or the UK?

Yes. Consultations take place by WhatsApp or video call with clients across Europe, the Gulf, North America and Australia. Only the time zone needs arranging.

Still have a question?

Ask it directly. You will get a straight answer, and there is no obligation to book anything.
