A restless heart is one of the most common reasons people make contact. Sleep has gone. The same thought circles from midnight until fajr. Something was lost — a person, a marriage, a country, a version of life that was expected — and the grief has settled in for longer than anyone around seems to allow.
This consultation offers a place to say all of that out loud, dua made sincerely with you, and a simple daily structure of remembrance and habit that gives the day some shape. It sits alongside proper medical care. It is never a replacement for it, and if what you describe needs a doctor, you will be told so plainly.
What we offer
- Space to describe what you are carrying, without minimising it.
- Dua and adhkar for anxiety, grief and difficulty sleeping.
- A simple daily rhythm — prayer, remembrance, rest, movement, contact with people.
- Perspective on grief and on the length of time it genuinely takes.
- Honest encouragement to see a doctor where that is what is needed.
- Follow-up contact if you want it, without pressure to keep booking.
People often describe
- Lying awake with the same thoughts night after night.
- Grief that has lasted longer than those around them expected.
- A constant sense of dread with no clear cause.
- Feeling flat, distant or disconnected from prayer.
- Being physically well according to the doctor, yet not right in themselves.
Before you read on. No outcome is promised or guaranteed here. This is guidance, prayer and honest counsel — not a mechanism for producing a result, and not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.
Questions about this service
Is this a replacement for seeing a doctor or therapist?
No, and it must not be treated as one. Spiritual guidance can sit alongside medical and psychological care, but it does not diagnose or treat anything. If you are unwell, please see a qualified professional — and please do not stop any prescribed treatment.
I am having thoughts of harming myself. Can you help?
Please contact emergency services or a crisis line straight away — 999 in the UK, 1122 in Pakistan — or go to your nearest emergency department. That comes first, always. Guidance and dua can follow once you are safe.
Are my feelings a sign of something spiritual being wrong?
We will not tell you that they are. Anxiety, grief and low mood are ordinary human experiences with ordinary causes, and treating them as an attack tends to deepen the fear. Dua helps. Fear does not.
Talk it through
