These terms apply to your use of riazshah.online and to consultations provided by Peer Riaz Shah. Please read them before booking. By using this website or booking a consultation, you accept them.

1. What the service is

We provide spiritual guidance and personal counselling: listening, supplication (dua), guidance on istikhara, and honest personal advice. Consultations take place by telephone, WhatsApp or video call, and occasionally in person by prior arrangement.

2. What the service is not

The service is not medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, investment or immigration advice, and it is not a substitute for any of them. We do not diagnose or treat any condition. We do not perform, sell or claim to remove black magic, curses, spells or possession, and we do not sell amulets, taweez or any object presented as producing a result.

3. No guaranteed outcome

We do not promise, guarantee or predict any particular result — including in relation to marriage, relationships, family reconciliation, health, employment, business, wealth, travel or immigration. Any statement made during a consultation is guidance and opinion, not a promise. You remain responsible for your own decisions and actions.

4. Eligibility

Consultations are for adults aged 18 and over. If you are booking on behalf of somebody else, they must know about it and agree to it.

5. Booking, fees and payment

• The fee for a consultation is confirmed before it is booked. There are no hidden charges.
• No additional payment will be requested part-way through in order to “complete” anything.
• Payment is due as agreed at the time of booking.
• If you need to rearrange, please give as much notice as you can and we will do our best to accommodate you.
• If we cancel a consultation and cannot offer an acceptable alternative time, any fee paid for it is refunded.

6. Confidentiality

What you tell us stays between us. The only exceptions are where the law requires disclosure, or where there is a serious and immediate risk to someone’s life or safety. See the privacy policy for details.

7. Your responsibilities

• Give accurate information — guidance based on an incomplete account is of little use.
• Continue with any medical treatment you have been prescribed. Never stop it on the basis of anything said in a consultation.
• Seek professional help where we advise it.
• Treat consultations with respect. We may end a consultation, without refund, if a person is abusive or threatening.

8. Emergencies

We are not an emergency service and cannot respond to crises. If you or another person is in danger, contact your local emergency services immediately — 999 in the United Kingdom, 1122 in Pakistan.

9. Website content

The articles and guidance on this website are general information, not personal advice, and they may not fit your circumstances. The text, design and images on this site belong to Peer Riaz Shah and may not be copied or republished without permission. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or from decisions you make following a consultation. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.

11. Complaints

If something has gone wrong, tell us. Email info@riazshah.online with what happened and we will respond within seven days.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of the law of your home country.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you book is the one that applies.
